Pipeline strainers are examined and inspected per our in-house quality control program to guarantee the highest caliber product. All pipeline connections are in accordance with ASME standards: B16.1, B16.11, B16.18, B16.24, B16.34, B16.42, and B16.5 respectively. Castings are hydrostatically tested per a minimum of 1.5 times the design pressure to ensure their integrity. Liquid Penetrant Examination (PT) as well as other non destructive examination (NDE) procedures can be performed.
